I right clicked on the four little signal bars. And picked "open utility".
Then I picked the tab for site monitor. Give it a minute and it'll list out all the networks that are in range.
I clicked on the one with the best signal strength. That added it to the list under the first tab (Wireless Networks).
Then I went back and right clicked on the four bars again. This time I picked "connect to". The new network was in the list.
