Room 406, later in the evening
It hadn't been the weekend Isabel had planned on. She'd been grabbed on her way to town and spent two days in Tartarus screaming.
But she'd finally been rescued and made her way back to her room.
Cold, tired, and worried about what Wyatt was doing in the midst of all this, Isabel pulled a blanket around her shoulders and curled up on her bed to wait for him.

Isabel reluctantly pulled away. She wanted to snuggle but she wanted to be slightly cleaner and in more comfy clothing first. "Thank you by the way," she said over her shoulder as she dug out something to sleep in.

She stripped out her shirt and bra, then pulled the t-shirt she'd stolen from Wyatt over her head. "It wasn't your fault. Next time we'll just know to expect the unexpected."
Her jeans joined the shirt in the pile on the floor as Isabel returned to the bed. "Not that I expect crazy gods to be an issue in Vegas or San Francisco."

"Go to sleep. I'm not going anywhere." She probably wouldn't sleep much either. But it didn't matter as long as Wyatt was there to hold onto.

It wasn't the best night's sleep, but Wyatt was there to hold onto and that kept the worst of the nightmares at bay.
