It hadn't been a bad last week in Fandom. Between being social, seals, presents, and reality TV, it was certainly memorable. Even if the good-byes weren't so much fun.

There wasn't much left to pack. But Isabel was taking her time doing it.

The door was open.

"Hey you," Isabel smiled. "This is not good-bye. I plan on seeing you on a regular basis at every holiday and then some."

"You better," Chris said. "Don't let Wyatt keep you away."

"As if," she snorted. "I worry more about classes and my schedule. Once the semester starts I'm going to be a busy little bee."

"Well, Summer and I can always orb out for a visit," Chris pointed out.

"I expect you to," Isabel replied. "I'll find all the good places to go so you can bring Summer out and show her a good time."

Chris grinned. "Sounds good to me."

"Well there you go. I expect to see you in Vegas at some point," she smiled. "Just give me a few weeks to do some exploring."

"Definitely," Chris said. "And try to keep Wyatt out of trouble, please?"

"I will do my best," Isabel promised. "At least while he's with me. After that, I'm just making lots of phone calls and keeping Portalocity's number handy."

"Hey, if you ever want to surprise him, just give me a call," he offered. "I can always orb out, grab you and orb you to him."

"Funny you should mention that," she said. "Meg and I were just talking about a surprise visit out there. And if your grandfather would think Wyatt had a harem."

Chris laughed. "I don't think Grandpa would be the least bit surprised if Wyatt had a harem."

"A harem of one," Isabel said immediately. "At least these days."

"I don't think even my brother is dumb enough to go against you, Isabel," he assured her.

"Who? Harmless, innocent little me?" she grinned.

Chris laughed again. "You're about as harmless as my girlfriend... and she doesn't have alien-fu."

Isabel laughed but then sobered a bit. "I bet. Actually speaking of harmless. Talk to Savannah. I think she could use some advice."

"Yeah, I know," Chris said with a sigh. "Summer told me last night that she had a conversation with her."

"We talked on Tuesday," she nodded. "I wish there was more I could do."

"I'd like to go beat some sense into Johnny," Chris said, grumbling a little.

"His heart's in the right spot. And he had good intentions," Isabel said immediately. "He just had a stupid way of showing them."
