It hadn't been a bad last week in Fandom. Between being social, seals, presents, and reality TV, it was certainly memorable. Even if the good-byes weren't so much fun.

There wasn't much left to pack. But Isabel was taking her time doing it.

The door was open.

Isabel was trying hard to keep a straight face, but an occasional snicker would sneak out. "I suppose we could deal with it if it was the only room left."

"Well, the king-sized bed would definitely make it a lot more bearable," said Hoshi with a smirk.

"Satin sheets?" she asked.

"I haven't had the opportunity to test them personally, but I would assume so," said Hoshi.

"Total hardship. But we'd cope," Isabel promised.

"I'm sure you two could find something to do to pass the time," said Hoshi with a straight face.

"Bridge," she said immediately. "The card game. Not the guy in green." Because it was important to clarify these things.

Yes, clarification was important. "I'll be sure that there's a deck of cards in the room," said Hoshi.

"You know, that hotel must have the best customer service," Isabel laughed. "Maybe I should have been working there to get ready for school."

"Hmmm. Would you have rather been working for Tinkerbell or Gunther?" asked Hoshi. "It's been quiet an experience, though. I'm glad I got in there when I did. After all, Jeff and River needed help tying up Gunther during the strike."

"Okay, maybe Tink was easier," she admitted. "I never had to tie her up."
