Isabel had returned from the Reserve meeting and was talking things over with Wyatt when suddenly he'd orbed away.

And left her behind.

She was going to kill him when he got back. But until that happened, Isabel was going to pace the living room and worry.

[Expecting two but open to calls, texts or any other visitors or residents]

"Whoa!" Wyatt protested, stumbling back, holding up his hands. "I'm sorry! I just felt her -- I had to go!"

"Then I. GO. WITH. YOU. That's the way it is. Deal with it." Sorry Wyatt, but you might be sleeping on the couch tonight. Five days of tension and stress just found a target.

Isabel turned to Savannah then. "Hey Sweetie. Are you okay?" For whatever the given value of okay was during the end of the world.

"Everybody is gone. The Pack, Paige and Lucas, The Cortezes, the Nasts." She swallowed. "All of the Fantastic Four and if Wyatt hadn't gotten there in time ... me."

"There wasn't time to explain!" Wyatt said, glaring at Isabel. "And I wasn't going to take you anywhere near that thing. Deal with that."

He started to pace, trying to think this through. "Chris is gone. That means he was never your Whiteligher. That means I must be," he said, half to himself.

"And if you didn't come back?" Isabel asked, her face expressionless.

Without waiting for a response, Isabel turned her attention to Savannah. "Come on, the couch is more comfortable then the floor."

Savannah blinked, her eyes focusing on Isabel and nodded, getting to her feet. "It just swallowed everything. And entire city."

"I know. It happened to Roswell. And to the Manor," she nodded. "No one knows what it is. The important thing is that your okay though."

"I wouldn't have been if it wasn't for Wyatt ... how did he know?"

"I don't know," Wyatt said, crossing his arms as he paused his pacing. "I just...felt it. You were suddenly in my mind and I knew you were scared and in danger."

Savannah could feel herself start to shake from reaction at how close to be gone she had been, but she kept fighting it back. She looked up at Wyatt, not sure she wanted the answer, but knowing she needed it.

"Chris and Summer?"

Wyatt flinched and looked away. "Gone," he said hollowly.

Savannah ducked her head and squeezed her eyes tightly shut, trying not to let any tears slip out. There were so many things that she wanted to say and nothing was coming out.

And Wyatt, of course, did the rational, mature thing by moving over to a wall and trying to punch a hole in it.

Sorry, Ronan. He'd heal it later. (Yes, if his dad could heal a sign, he could heal a wall.)

Savannah flinched, but she didn't move. "So, pretty much almost everyone we love." She swallowed hard, not wanting to cry. "Last thing I knew, Mom was going to Briton to get Gwynn and Tim ... I don't know if she made it."

Isabel glared at Wyatt because yeah, not helping there. Fortunately if he couldn't heal it, he had a girlfriend with mad skillz who could.

"We can call," Isabel said quietly. "If they're traveling by Portalocity, it could take them some time to get here."

"I tried before I left the building and there was no answer." Savannah was trying very hard to be strong and stoic. After all, it worked when she was twelve.

Before she had so many people she loved and loved her.

"Whatever this is, it's wiping people out like they never existed, and only we remember," Wyatt said grimly. "There's gotta be a way to reverse it. A spell or something. Maybe I should talk to the Elders."

Like that would go well given Wyatt's current mood.

"We looked through the Book of Shadows already. Would they know anything that wasn't in there?"

"I don't know," Wyatt said, shaking his head. "Maybe. They don't put everything in the Book."

Though as a rule, the Elders were pretty useless.

"I just can't sit here and do nothing."

"If the Elders are anything like the Fates," Savannah managed to make herself say. "Then they either won't help or can't help."

Savannah had her own opinion as to which one it was.

"In which case, why bother. We're here. We're safe for the moment," Isabel said. "We start researching here and maybe we'll get lucky."

"It's worth a shot," Wyatt said. He didn't exactly believe he'd find anything, but he didn't want to sit and wait.

Isabel more then understood wanting to do something. She just didn't like the idea of Wyatt orbing off once more. "Fine. If that's what you think is best."

Savannah looked up from the very interesting piece of floor that she had been studying during this conversation.

"Has anyone from here in Fandom disappeared?" She was trying to keep her voice carefully even, but there was stark fear in her eyes.

"As of the meeting this afternoon, no," Isabel assured Savannah. "Sean and Annja should be fine."
