OOC: Making like a lemming...

Isabel Evans is from the TV show Roswell.

Isabel's an alien, stranded on earth in the RoswellCrash of 1947 with her brother Max, and their friend Michael.

When their ship crashed, Isabel, Max and Michael were developing in pods. Those pods were hidden in the desert outside of Roswell, New Mexico by the guardians that traveled with them. Fast forward over 40 years. Before their guardian could return, the three hatched out of their pods. Accidently separated from Michael, Isabel and Max were found and eventually adopted by Phillip and Diane Evans.

In Roswell Isabel was reserved and even a bit haughty. She was popular, active in both her school and her community. She has number of friends but prior to Max healing Liz, there was no one she was very close to because no one could know the secret she was keeping.

Back in Roswell, because she was keeping her alien side secret she hid behind an aloof "Ice Princess" exterior, even though, deep at heart, she's really vulnerable. She adores her adoptive parents and would love to tell them the truth but doesn’t because her brother wants to keep it secret. She’s curious about her alien heritage, but at the same time, she really just wants to be normal.

In Fandom she's become more open to people. She'll talk about being an alien and will give the basics facts of how they came to be on earth and what they're supposed to do. This has a lot to do with no longer needing to keep who and what she is secret. However, because of keeping her own secrets for so long, she's learned how to keep quiet. If you tell her a secret, it will stay a secret.

Isabel is incredibly loyal. Particularly to her closest friends. Part of that loyalty means she's more then willing to put herself in danger if someone is in trouble.

Because she’s an alien, she does have a few unique abilities. She's telekinetic, and she’s able to manipulate molecular matter with just a wave of her hand. Examples: changing the color of a shirt, removing stains, changing temperatures, changing a coke to lemonade, locking and unlocking doors… She can dreamwalk. This means if she falls asleep while holding a person’s picture she can get into their dreams and see what they’re thinking about but she CANNOT change it (at least if it a natural dream, if it's mystical or otherwise induced, we can talk). She can also get into people's heads if she concentrates hard enough while she's awake. However the other person needs to be asleep, unconscious or otherwise not in complete control of their mind.

Canonwise, Isabel came to Fandom in January 2006 just after the end of season 1. (Yes, there's some handwavy time thing going on. Lalalala move along, there's nothing to see here.) She experienced the events that happened at the end of Season 2 (Alex's death, Tess's betrayal, almost leaving for Antar) in March of 2006 during a trip home. I've touched briefly on some of the events in the every beginning of Season 3 (Max the dumbass getting arrested for armed robbery, Max going to LA and meeting the shapeshifter Langley) but as a general rule I'm going to ignore it because Season 3 sucked. Seriously. Married at 18? WTF?

Finally some general information about me. I'm sort of around most weekdays, especially for slowish play. Between 4:30-7:30 each day I'm extremely slow to stopped just due to RL stuff. But I'm always around in the evenings EST.
