Room 406, Saturday afternoon

The party had been a success. Isabel had been up way too late, dancing and enjoying herself with old friends and new. Today was going to be for relaxing and doing some reading for class.

And hopefully eventually getting all the glitter out of her hair.

The door was open.

"Alternative Tactics. Which is pretty much what it sounds like. Other ways to keep yourself alive in battle," Isabel explained. "Which is usually a good thing."

"Huh," Carmela says thoughtfully. "I could probably use a class like that, considering I have all of two main tactics: talk my way out of it or blow it up. Granted, both of those usually work really well."

"I tend to favor destruction myself," she agreed with a grin. "But sometimes, yeah, that just doesn't work. I'm also taking Keeping Your Wits, and heaven help me, Fandom's Next Top Runway Model."

"Communication, and Interdisciplinary Studies," Carmela says. "Amusingly enough, my first Communications class didn't actually involve a lot of talking. It was... interesting."
