A Club in DC, later Friday evening

The doorman had been mildly suspicious, but between a combination of good forging skills and alien-fu, he couldn't find a thing wrong with their IDs. With the additional help of two pretty, dressed to kill blondes smiling at him, he really had no choice but to let them into the club.

"Well we're not in Fandom anymore," Isabel said, just loud enough to be heard over the music. "Who's ready to dance?"

[For the date. And the other two people on the date. Of their own. Nothing kinky happening. Move along...]

"That can be a guys night out. You'll probably have to rent a bus to bring everyone that's interested."

"Sam and...huh, you might be right," Isabel chuckled. "I can't think of anyone else that'd pass on that trip. But in Sam's defense, I'm sure that frying pan would hurt."

Dean chuckled. "If I thought it was the threat of the frying pan, it would be one thing, but no, he's just that uptight. Despite my best efforts."

"You've never met my brother Max. He and Sam would get along quite well," she told him. "I don't think I've ever seen him truly relax."

"Oh, I can sometimes get Sammy to relax," Dean said. "Just takes a hell of a lot of work on my part."

"I think it's physically impossible for Max to relax," Isabel shrugged. "Not that I blame him. He's always been the one that looked out for us and worried. And then when we found out about the whole royalty and planet saving thing? Well, he took it to heart."

"Being the one looking out for everyone is when you have to really have to let go and have fun," Dean said. "Trust me, I know."

"I believe you. It's just always been something that's hard for Max. Before we went back?" Isabel rolled her eyes, even now it was still too sappy even for her to contemplate. "His idea of an exciting night was to go sit and watch his girlfriend wait tables. Now? Well, there might be some hope. They're off on a road trip."

"I'm half afraid they're going to turn up here." Although they knew enough about Fandom to want to stay far away from the weirdness. "Or that they're going to call me to bail them out one day."

"Possibly. But I'd put odds on Michael being an idiot." She loved them both, but she was well aware of their flaws. "It's a bad combination of power and bullheadness."

"Yeah, being an idiot often ends up in having to call for bail," Dean admitted. "But hopefully it'll be being an idiot while having fun."

"I hope so. They need it. They had a pretty rough time," Isabel admitted, unable to explain in greater detail because of where they were. "But it's over now. So that's good."

Isabel tipped her head back and started to laugh. "Idiocy? In moderation? Never happen. They go all out. Or it just not worth it. At least that's what I think they think sometimes."
