As soon as Wyatt orbed them back from Roswell, Isabel tossed her bag on the couch, pulled out her phone and tried to call her mother to apologize for missing dinner.

Except no one answered the phone.

Which was...odd.

"I guess you want to know what was going on," she said to Wyatt.

[Mostly for one, but calls are welcome.]

Panic and nerves had Isabel snapping her phone open immediately. "Hello?"

"You sound like I feel," Savannah commented.

If Savannah felt like Isabel did, and based on her conversation with Parker "Who's missing?" seemed like a logical question to ask.

"Johnny Storm," Savannah said carefully.

Look, a building of employees were claiming they had never heard of him.

Well crap. "My sister-in-law. One of Parker's geniuses. Savannah, this isn't good."

"If you had said Johnny Who I might have cried, Isabel." She took a steadying breath. "No one at Baxter seems to know anything about Johnny ... or Sue, or Ben or Reed. No one here knows anything about the Fantastic Four. As far as they know, I own the building."

She swallowed. "So all three of us are missing people that have some kind of importance in our lives. What the hell?"

"That's how it was with Max and Michael. They had no idea who Liz and Maria were," Isabel replied. "None of the alien weirdness had ever happened. As far as they knew, I was off in New York trying to break into the fashion industry. I don't get it. Neither does Parker."

"If you and Parker have no idea what's happening ... Isabel, everyone was just fine when I went to Portland to help Adam with a case for Paige and Lucas. Everyone was here and knew everybody else and Sue and Johnny even got into a fight about Johnny trying to stop me from helping Paige and Adam out." She shook her head. "Two days later and no one has any idea who they are. I thought at first Johnny was playing an expensive joke on me ... but these people weren't lying."

"It's the same with me. We were home last weekend," she said a small smile crossing her lips at the memory of being weetiny again. "Wyatt and I both wound up being six again. It was fun. And everything was fine when I talked to my mom on Wednesday. Whatever happened between then and now, I don't know."

"I was out with Bryce's friends last weekend while Johnny was taking down something they didn't need to see. And everything was fine when I called Paige to talk to her from Portalocity's stupid layover."

"So we're getting a time frame. Which still doesn't help us much. Parker and I were saying if we were still on the island it'd be time to hit the library. But since we're not I'm going to call and have someone check to make sure the stupid angel statues are out in the preserve." It was the best idea she'd had at this point.

"Would the angels cause people to be forgotten?" She was trying to remember how things had worked when she got kidnapped but the damn things.

"Not that I know of, but it's as good a starting place as any." It had been more then three years since Isabel had dealt with the serious side of Fandom weirdness. It was going to take her time to get her groove back.

"A starting place is good," Savannah agreed. "What the hell could make people disappear from existence and memory? It doesn't make any sense."

"When did anything Fandom related make sense?" Isabel observed.

"You have a very good point." Savannah sighed. "I wouldn't admit this to anyone else but you or Wyatt ... but I'm scared, Isabel."

"You're not the only one. Wyatt and I hope it'll wear off in a few days, but I don't know," she admitted. "I've got a bad feeling." Things had been too good for too long.

"Bad feelings from any of us are never good." Savannah said softly.

"Oh gods," Savannah suddenly stuttered. "Mom! I have to call Mom and make sure ..."

That she still existed. If she didn't then Isabel was going to have a hysterical and magically out of control pseudo-sister on her hands.

Isabel certainly understood that feeling and wished there was a way she could call her own mother. Except judging by Max and Michael's example, there was no way she could and laugh with Diane Evans about Fandom weirdness. "Go. Call her. You'll feel better once you talk to her."

"I'll call you back when I know if she ..." She swallowed. "We'll fix this, right?"

"We always do." She was not going to think about the inevitable time that would come when they couldn't. "Keep in touch, okay?"

"You, too, Isabel," Savannah replied. "I'm not losing someone else."
