Room 406, early Sunday afternoon

Once Greg had left after some morning snuggles, Isabel showered and dressed for the day before pulling out the supplies for the small surprise she wanted to work on. It wasn't quite as flashy as skywriting, but the sentiment was there. Unfortunately she quickly realized she was going to need help. After leaving some messages, Isabel started to give herself a pedicure while she waited for the calvary to arrive.

Parker rolled her eyes. "And soon. No natural deaths for you, Jack Harkness." She grabbed her own fortune cookie, and cracked it open, then snickered. "'The shortest distance between two people is a smile.'"

"In bed?" Jack asked with a smirk. "Because I'm pretty sure the shortest distance between two people in bed is -" He cut himself off and flashed Isabel a wicked grin. "And that would definitely have been TMI."

"Way, way, way too much TMI," Isabel laughed, poking him in the ribs. "Now let's focus on our food and then go back to painting. I've got a date to impress."
