Room 406, Monday Evening
After baking, Isabel had taken a long walk around the island, eventually winding up at the small, secluded beach she and Greg had picnicked at. It was nice to remember happy times and not have to worry about facing anyone that would ask questions about last night's radio. When it started to get dark she returned to the school, collected her cheesecake from the classroom fridge, and returned to her room.
The cheesecake's in the mini-fridge, Isabel is contemplating nail polish colors, and the door is mostly open.

So, he makes his way down the hall and stops at Isabel's room. Stopping, he knocks quietly.

before or afterCedric's visit. "Hey, I hadn't seen you in a while, thought I'd stop in and say hello."[OOC: If it's not a good time, that's cool too.]

She took a piece of the cake and sat on the bed by Isabelle. "How about you?"

She took a bite of the cake and sat thoughtfully for a moment. "And I had two really great visits with Shep. I went to San Diego with him over my birthday and things were... wonderful. But it was also a goodbye. He's off for... probably a couple of years - nearly unreachable. So..."
She shrugged. "I actually feel like I can move on, find a nice guy, all that, but..."

"I'm glad you were able to see him. And that you had a good time. As for moving on, take your time. The right one will come along."

She unwrapped the lollipop and stared at it. "He wasn't happy I left to go get Jack. Not after what I told him about LA. And then it just went downhill from there."
