Room 406, Thursday evening

In theory, Thursday was supposed to be her busy day, with a whole two classes. War Theory had been interesting. Ethics had been troubling. Not only were the topics disturbing, it was difficult to look to look at a friend's killer.

After spending some time with Alanna, Isabel returned to her room, booted up the laptop and tried to not think while playing multiple rounds of solitare.

The door was open.

"The sacrifices I make," Greg said, trying to sound so very put-upon.

"Truly, it is a hardship for you," Isabel agreed. Just before she blew into his ear.

Greg didn't squeal.

It just sounded kind of squealy.

"Like I said," she grinned, gently tackling him back onto the bed. "It's a hardship for you." Isabel kissed him soundly then sat back. "So? Movie? I wouldn't want to put an undo strain on you for evening."

"I'm yours for the night, hon," he replied, kissing her.

"Yay," Isabel murmured, kissing him back. "You sure you don't want to watch a movie?" she finally asked as she tried to catch her breath. "I've got this great documentary on penguins."

"Penguins?" Greg perked right up. "Let's watch the penguins!"

Geek? Here? Noooooo....

Grateful just for the company, Isabel pulled away and set up the laptop to show March of the Penguins. Dropping back onto the bed she arranged the pillows and then snuggled close. "How's that?"

"Perfect," Greg said, wrapping an arm around her.

"Good," she smiled as the movie started. "I promise to only try to distract you occasionally."
