Isabel was half asleep on her bed, rewatching one of her favorite episodes of Mr. What and not thinking about class today.

The door was closed.

Isabel shook her head and kissed the top of his head again. "Is there such a thing? Or are you going to have to do your mad scientist impression?"

"Impression?" Greg asked, arching a brow.

"Well you're a scientist but since I've never caught you cackling over a beaker of bubbling chemicals, I didn't think mad actually applied," she explained. "I'm sorry. Does this make me Igor?"

"No, you're way too pretty," Greg decided. "But it does make you my lovely assistant."

"I can do that," Isabel agreed. "Do I get a lab coat of my own?"

"It can be any color you want," Greg murmured, leaning against her.

"I'll just work my way through the rainbow," she said, running her hand through his hair. "I can do that you know. Why don't you go to sleep? Tomorrow will be a long day most likely."

"Well I am," Isabel replied, snuggling close. "So stay with me for a while."

She smiled, listening as his breathing evened out. "Love you..."

Closing her eyes, Isabel let herself drift off.
