Room 406, Late afternoon/early evening

Sunday afternoons were meant for being lazy and not accomplishing anything too important. Isabel is sprawled across her bed, because sitting? So not an option right now. Which is part of the reason she's in her room, bouncing in public is a bit embarrassing.

She's contemplating a selection of nail polish colors, trying to figure out which color she's in the mood for this week. Not that it really mattered, she could always change them easily enough, but it's still nice to sit and do something girly and perfectly normal.

"Oh, not good," Isabel said. "But shame on him for not saying no. How'd it happen?"

"Rehearsing the play. Sam Carter was there at first, and Lee and I were doing vodka shots, and she suggested we kiss, for practice, and--" Parker sighed, and slowly started to paint her other hand, her eyes on her fingers. "And it got kind of intense. So Carter left, and... we just didn't stop." She sighed. "I knew he had a girlfriend, and I didn't care because we can't stand each other. And that's why I'm a heinous bitch. Damnit."

"Well as long as you don't plan on doing it again? Maybe you can chalk it up to a moment of not thinking? Especially because I don't think you'd do it if there wasn't vodka involved." Isabel didn't looke up, concentrating at smoothing out her nails.

"I wish I were as sure." Parker shook her head. "We'd have had this morning's conversation last night, I know that much." She sighed. "Anyway. It's wrong that I want to rub it in Kara's face. So I'm just hoping I can avoid her like hell." She finished her other hand, and just held out her fingers to dry. "And I told Lee I wouldn't be the other woman, so. Hell. Nothing else may happen. At all."
