"I think I was looking for answers. For where home was. The thing I've realized, hell, even before we went to Antar, is that home is here, with the people I love."
"Yeah," Wyatt said, nodding. "I guess it's kinda like finally meeting my parents didn't make the whole world change into some perfect place like I thought it would when I was a kid."
"Somehow having wishes come true in real life doesn't work out quite the same way it does in the fairly tales." Isabel brushed a kiss over his jaw. "The weird thing is? Now? I'm okay with that."
"If that's what we're calling it now?" Isabel teased. But the stars were bright, Wyatt's arms were warm around her and she couldn't think of a better way to spend an evening.
