After getting back from Washingon, Isabel left a message for Wyatt, and stretched out on her bed. She was trying hard not to think about what could possibly go wrong in the morning but her mind kept offering up lots of worse case scenarios.

The door was open.

"Too many things," she sighed, thinking of Jarod and Emily and Ino's visit and what she could do to help Michael. "Running away to the circus is sounding like a good career choice."

"I hope you're thinking trapeze artist and not bearded lady," Wyatt said, sitting down on the bed. "What's wrong?"

Isabel waved to shut the door, not wanting the squirrels to get an earful. "Don't be mad. But I'm doing something that's potentially dangerous tomorrow. So would stay by your phone in case I need saving?"

Wyatt eyed Isabel. "What do you mean, potentially dangerous?"

"Bad guys, White Rooms," said in a way that made the capital letters obvious. "And worst nightmares kind of dangerous," she admitted, drawing her knees up and resting her chin on them.

"If it's that dangerous, I'm going with you," Wyatt said firmly.

"You can't. Because this involves other people's secrets," Isabel tried to explain. "And the less people that know them. The safer everyone will be. We have a good plan. And everything goes right? We'll be in and out before they realize what's going on."

"What are you doing, and who are you going to be with?" Wyatt said. Whatever the mission was, it had to be necessary, he didn't doubt that.

"Bridge and Xander." A pause, "And Parker's driving the getaway care. She'll be the one to call you if the rescuers need rescuing."

"And they don't trust me?" Wyatt said. He may have been sulking, just a little bit.

"It's nothing to do with trust." At least not on Parker's part. Jarod? He was a completely different story. "We're going to for stealth. And in all honesty? I like knowing you're the back-up. Because this place is scary. And if things were to go wrong. I want us out. And you're the only one that would be able to do it."

"I'm stealthy," Wyatt protested. "And what happens if you can't call me? What if your phones don't work or they get taken away?"

"Not an issue," she assured him. Angelo would make certain of that. "Parker will know what's going on no matter what happens. And at the first sign of trouble, she'll call."

"I don't like this," Wyatt said, frowning. He reached out to take Isabel's hand. "I don't want you to get hurt."

"I don't either," Isabel admitted, taking his hand and squeezing it. "But there's a ten year old little girl in what's essentially a White Room. I can't leave her there."

"You realize I'm going to spend all day worrying," Wyatt said grudgingly.

"I should be back after lunch," she promised. "So you'll only have to worry for the morning."

"When are you leaving?" Wyatt asked. "How are you getting there? And where is there? How far away?"

"In the morning. I'm driving." Because Isabel knew if she asked him to orb her there, he'd find some reason to stay. "And Blue Cove, Delaware."

"I can orb you," Wyatt said. Sometimes, the boy was predictable.

Amazingly so. Not that she minded. At all. "And then never leave? I don't think so. Besides, I do like to drive sometimes."

"I'd be closer if you need me," Wyatt said.

"You'd be orbing," Isabel replied with a small laugh. "It's not like you have to worry about traffic on I-95."

"Why not? It's flawless. And right."

Relieved that Wyatt wasn't insisting on going along, Isabel stretched out on the bed, and patted the spot next to her. "It's going to be okay. I promise."
