Sunday had not been pleasant. But they'd broken the curse and Wyatt and Chris were back to being themselves, although Isabel was pretty sure that it was going to be some time before things were back to normal. Class had proven that. Which was why she'd called Piper. Hopefully she could be an impartial ear.

At least Peter had been able to distract her for a little while.

Isabel grabbed the remote and started flipping channels. Hopefully there'd be something mindless to watch because she had a feeling she was going to be up for a while.

Michael had told her they'd talk more later, and he'd meant it.

He showed up at her door, not smiling when he knocked.

Isabel sat up on her bed. "It's open."

It swung open further and he stepped inside.

"Hey, Izzy."

"Hey yourself," she said with a small smile. Isabel still looked tired, but the time with Wyatt had helped get rid of a lot of the tension that had been apparent in class.

"You look... better", he said carefully. "So what was all that about in class?"

"Weekend fun fallout. Only not so much with the fun." It was easier to talk about here in her room. Wyatt wasn't there so she didn't need to worry about hiding her feelings to avoid hurting him more then he was. "Wyatt got nailed with a curse this weekend. It turned him into another version of himself. Sort of like Rath. Just nastier."

Michael blinked.

"Wyatt's got an evil twin?"

"No. Not exactly," Isabel tried to explain. "Rath and Lonnie? They exist in the same reality we do. Basically like you say, evil twins. But this wasn't like that. This was Wyatt. Just from a reality where I guess he'd made different choices. And he'd gone bad."

Michael tried to follow this.

"And someone turned him into that? On purpose?"

"I think so," she nodded, remembering the demon that appeared on the beach. "See the thing is, Wyatt's special. Half-witch, half whitelighter, and a few other interesting things." Like being a reincarnation of King Arthur.

"He's got power and it's only going to grow. If someone could harness that power..." She was pretty sure Michael could fill in the rest.

"Then they can either stop him or turn him", he finished.

"Exactly. They managed to turn him evil. But if the demon I'm thinking of did it. He took on more then he could handle. Wyatt killed him." Which Isabel thought was only fitting.

"Fortunately Savannah and Prue broke the curse before he could do more then rough up Savannah and try to intimidate me." Which okay, was an understatement, but still technically the truth.

Michael snorted. "Yeah, you don't do that if you're not sure you can control the evil guy. What'd he do to Savannah?"

"Roughed her up a bit, forced her to use her own powers to defend herself. Which if I understand things correctly, meant she wore herself out," she explained. "And then she had to go break the curse. That's why she was so strung out in class yesterday. She expended a lot of energy."

Michael nodded.

"She went to the clinic when she left, right? I mean, she said something about a cliff..."

"She said she was going to. And I'm pretty sure Johnny will make her," Isabel replied. "He's crazy about her, so he won't let avoid it if he thinks she needs it."

"Okay, that's good." He looked at her searchingly. "And what about you?"

"I'll be okay," she promised. "We'll be okay. We're just going to need a little time. We didn't talk much last night. That's why things were so tense in class. But we did, just a little while ago. It helped."

"Good", he said firmly. "You weren't looking so good."

Isabel had to agree. There were some things even a perfect make-up job couldn't hide. "No, probably not," she nodded. "He unknowingly hit some triggers, and brought back some not so pleasant memories. It had me a bit freaked. But I'm getting over it."

"You got anyone you can talk to about it?"

He knew that wasn't necessarily him.

There were only a few people that knew the really bad details about Antar. But Parker knew. And she's listen. And hopefully not book a portal to come to Fandom and beat up on Wyatt.

"Yeah. Parker does. And luckily I'm actually going to go visit her this weekend. So she'll let me talk. And feed me expensive chocolate while I do it."

Isabel sighed, "What's hard is that the person who I usually talk to is Wyatt. I still can and I think we both need it. It's just hard."

"I do," she nodded. "Thank you for worrying."

"Hey, what else are little brothers for?"

"Pulling hair and making an annoying pest of themselves," Isabel teased. "But I got lucky and got the one that doesn't do that."

Isabel had to laugh. "And I am so glad of that fact."
