Isabel spent the afternoon unpacking and getting settled back into her room. Now she was sitting with her laptop, laughing at what Maria had shared with her on Google Reader.

The door was open.

"Well it could wait until tomorrow," Isabel said immediately. "After all, it's getting dark out. People could get hurt moving back."

"True," Wyatt agreed. "And it would be nice to spend at least one night in a real bed. . . ."

"In a real bed. In a room with walls. Alone," she smiled. "I'm starting to like this idea."

"Oh, walls, right," Wyatt said. "I'd forgotten what those were like."

"I'd be happy to remind you," Isabel offered.

"How so?" Wyatt grinned.

"Come on in and shut the door," she told him. "No need to share this with the neighbors."

Wyatt obediently shut the door. "Had enough sharing with the neighbors in the cabins," he agreed.

"Exactly. Plus this way they won't yell at me to turn it down," Isabel said as she turned her radio up. "See? The walls work!"

"Anything else you want to drown out?" Wyatt said mischievously.

She grinned and pulled a small box out from under her pillow. "I could think of a few things. But first, I got you a small present."

"Aww, a present?" Wyatt said, reaching for the box. "What is it?"

"I'll trade you for it," Isabel teased, pulling it away. "One kiss."

"That's a bargain," Wyatt said, leaning in to kiss her.

"Missed this," she murmured.

"Mmm, me too," Wyatt said. Don't mind him tugging Isabel toward the bed.

"You don't want your present?" Isabel asked. It funny how Wyatt was suddenly so much stronger then she was.

"You mean I'm not unwrapping it right now?" Wyatt said innocently, tugging at Isabel's shirt.

"Stop that!" she laughed, batting at his hands. "No you're not. Open the box first. Then we'll talk."

"If you insist," Wyatt sighed, holding his hand out for the box.

Isabel handed over the box and sat back to watch Wyatt open it. "Consider it a late graduation gift."

Wyatt opened up the box and withdrew its contents. "A new phone? Cool!"

"Not just a new phone," she said, pushing a button that produced a handful of gummi bears. "A Bridge phone. For the Fall."

Wyatt eyed the gummi bears. "I've heard about his phones," he said. "Is candy always included?"

"Xander's does Twinkies. Mine does Tabasco flavored chocolates," Isabel grinned. "So yeah, usually. It also has a pretty limitless battery and can do time and dimensions. Which I'm thinking will be pretty useful."
