Room 406, evening

Isabel spent the afternoon unpacking and getting settled back into her room. Now she was sitting with her laptop, laughing at what Maria had shared with her on Google Reader.

The door was open.

Wyatt opened up the box and withdrew its contents. "A new phone? Cool!"

"Not just a new phone," she said, pushing a button that produced a handful of gummi bears. "A Bridge phone. For the Fall."

Wyatt eyed the gummi bears. "I've heard about his phones," he said. "Is candy always included?"

"Xander's does Twinkies. Mine does Tabasco flavored chocolates," Isabel grinned. "So yeah, usually. It also has a pretty limitless battery and can do time and dimensions. Which I'm thinking will be pretty useful."

"Definitely," Wyatt said. "And let's not get our phones mixed up. Okay?" He winked at her.

"No, the Tabasco soaked pancakes were enough," she chuckled, plucking the phone from his hand and setting it aside.

"So now that I've given you your present? What do you feel like doing for the rest of the evening?"

Wyatt pretended to think. "What's on TV tonight?"

"Crazy brides, or Iron Chef," Isabel told him. "But we're not going to watch TV."

". . . but crazy brides!" Wyatt mock-protested.

"Catch the rerun," she said, reaching for the hem of Wyatt's shirt. "I've got other things in mind."

"Something better than bridezillas?" Wyatt said.

"Way, way, way better then bridezillas," Isabel promised as she slid her hands up his sides, taking his shirt with them.

"I'm liking it so far," Wyatt said, lifting up his arms so she could pull his shirt over his head.

"Only like?" Isabel asked.

The shirt went flying as she moved in to investigate the contours of Wyatt's collarbone.

Wyatt made a happy noise. "Okay, more than like," he said.

Isabel didn't have anything to say. She just focused on changing more then like to 'Oh my god don't ever stop!' Which would be why her hands were slowly, okay, not so slowly, wandering.

It had been a long three weeks.

Wyatt stiffened (not dirty) (okay, yeah, dirty) and bit his lip. "Definitely way more than like," he said.

"I can tell," Isabel murmured against the skin of Wyatt's shoulder. "What else do you like?"

He ran a hand through her hair. "This," he purred, then slid his hand to her shoulder. "This." He eased his hand down to her chest. "These," he grinned.

"They like you too." A fact that should be rather noticeable even through her top.

"Then you should let them free," Wyatt said, sliding his hands down and then up under her shirt.

"They're just waiting to be liberated," she told him, raising her arms over her head.

Wyatt finished pulling off her shirt and tossed it across the room. "Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedoooooooooooooooooooom!" he said, cupping the freshly liberated territory in his hands.

Even though her blood was racing and it was hard to focus (three weeks of pent up frustration on the verge of being released would do that to you) Isabel had to stop and just look at Wyatt for a moment. "You've seen that movie way too many times."

"Medieval battles," Wyatt pointed out, batting his eyes. "You would expect anything different from me?"
