There was only two hours left till prom and Isabel was not panicking. Her make-up was done. Her hair was pinned up to curl it and it would only take two minutes to take it down and brush it out. The dinners from Luke's were sitting in their containers on her desk. The stuff needed to set up Callisto's room was in bags under the desk.

Dressed in a pair of sweatpants and a button down shirt she'd stolen from Xander's closet, Isabel sat on her bed and tried to determine the best shade of nail polish to wear.

Xander hands the green-ribboned boutonniere out, fiddling the pin on the other open with his free hand. "Behold the amazing dexterity with which I-- ow. Damage myself before ever setting foot out the door." He sucks on his fingertip for a second.

"Aw," Bridge says, giving Xander a concerned look as he pins on his own boutonniere. "You okay?"

"I do believe I'll survive." Xander, both hands free now, manages to attach the carnation to his lapel without further iinjury. "Though we might need to bring along some holy water just in case my flower here gets thirsty again and decides to start attacking random passers-by."

Bridge laughs. "Good to know. Shall we be on our way, then?"

"Yeah, we probably should, since I didn't exactly, um. Reserve us a ride, so we're walking. Unless you can teleport or something." Xander tilts his head. "That's a no, right?"
