Room 406, Sunday morning

Despite waking up several times still feeling the mummy's claws digging into her neck, Isabel had slept reasonably well. It had helped that each time she woke up, there was someone to hold onto as she went back to sleep. She doesn't have to be anywhere until cheerleading practice, and given how stiff and sore she feels, Isabel isn't certain she's actually going to be doing much practice. But she'll go, because she is part of the team.

For now though, she's content to doze, snuggled up next to Greg.

"I wouldn't have been anywhere else if they'd paid me," he said quietly. It was too early for quippiness. "How are you feeling?"

Isabel smiled again and brought her hand up to rest against his chest. Absently her fingers began to move in small circles against the material of his t-shirt. "Like I went a few rounds with a cranky mummy."

Greg gave her a small smile. "And is there anything I can do to make you feel better? Get you anything?"

"I'm okay for now. I took some tylenol before." Isabel sighed and moved a little closer. "This is good. If you don't mind not moving for a while."

"Like I would mind," he scoffed, smiling. "So you're going to spend the day being quiet and getting rest, right?"

"Good, because I don't mind either. I do have to go to cheerleader practice later on though," she admitted.
