A unexpected phone call had changed Isabel's plans for at least the weekend. After all, there's no sense in going to LA and not spending some time there. She hung up with Angel and then made a call to arrange transportation. That done, she made a few more calls to let people know she'd be out of town.

Phone calls made, Isabel pulled her bag out from under her bed and started to pack.

The door's open.

"Hopefully I'll be back by Sunday," Isabel said, lifting his hand and kissing his fingertips. "I'll do my thing, Angel will do his thing. I'll harass Logan a bit, we'll have dinner and then I'll come home."

"And you'll be in touch?" he ensured, watching her.

"My cell plan doesn't cover changes in dimensions unfortunately," she said sadly. "But I'll try to steal Angel's. He'll just have to deal." She turned his hand and placed a kiss in his palm. "I'll miss you."

Greg leaned over the bed and kissed her. "Likewise."

"Stay?" she asked, bringing her hands up to cup his face.

"You'd have to beat me away with a cricket bat," Greg told her between kisses, scooting closer and wrapping his arms around her.

"You're safe then," Isabel smiled, kissing her way to his ear. "I don't have a cricket bat."

"A baseball bat would work, too," he told her, burying his face against her neck.

She nibbled at his earlobe, then placed a kiss right behind it. "Huh, I don't have one of those either. Guess I'm stuck with you."

"It's okay. I'm well-behaved and I don't take up much room," Greg said softly, kissing along the curve of her throat. "And I'll make it worth it to keep me around."

"So's a hamster," Isabel teased, making up for it by running her fingers down his spine and then slipping them under Greg's shirt to rest on his waist. "Promises, promises..."

"I can make good on my promise," Greg told her, slowly shifting his attention to the other side of her neck. His hands, meanwhile, had found their way under her shirt to her lower back.

"Oh really?" Isabel sighed, tilting her head to give him better access. Her hands skimmed up his sides and back down before she lightly tugged on his shirt.

Greg pulled back a little, raising a brow, and pulled his shirt over his head. "Yes, really. I'm a man of my word," he murmured, moving back to kissing her neck and lightly skimming his fingertips along her stomach while gently toying with her shirt.

"I see," she murmured, pushing Greg down to sprawl on the bed. Isabel reached up and pulled off the scrunchie holding back her hair. She leaned forward, letting it spill over her shoulders until it brushed against his chest. "Hi," she whispered before kissing his collarbone.

"Hi," Greg said hoarsely, twirling a lock of hair around his finger.

Isabel's not so much with the talking right now. Instead she's focusing on kissing her way across Greg's collarbone and back up his neck.

And Greg's a little focused on sliding his hands under her shirt to skim her sides while turning his head to try to kiss her. He's a multitasker that way.

Kissing sounds like a wonderful idea. Isabel nipped at his bottom lip before putting her hand on the back of his neck and deepening the kiss.

Which, of course, seemed to have only one response.

Greg tangled his hands in her hair and kissed her back, moving a little closer.

Closer was good. Unfortunately her shirt seemed to be in the way. Breathless, Isabel sat up and pulled it off, tossing it to the side. She smiled down at Greg, then leaned over to plant a kiss right on his belly button.

Greg swallowed, breaking out in goosebumps. He leaned over and kissed her shoulder, then across her collarbone, and concluded with a soft kiss just above the edge of her bra.

Isabel sighed happily and arched her back, reaching up with one hand to run her fingers through his hair. The other ran up his side, over the goosebumps. "Sensitive?" she whispered.

"A little," Greg murmured, kissing along the edge of the fabric and blowing a soft breath over recently-kissed places.

And Greg's not the only one who's sensitive. A fact that's demonstrated when goosebumps broke out all over Isabel's skin. She shivered and pulled him closer.
