Room 406, Wednesday, late afternoon

A unexpected phone call had changed Isabel's plans for at least the weekend. After all, there's no sense in going to LA and not spending some time there. She hung up with Angel and then made a call to arrange transportation. That done, she made a few more calls to let people know she'd be out of town.

Phone calls made, Isabel pulled her bag out from under her bed and started to pack.

The door's open.

"I've dreamwalked Angel before," Isabel admitted with a shrug. "Back when he was poisoned. But I don't think I'll be dreamwalking him. He mentioned some dream demon."

"Dream *demon*?" Parker sighed, watching Isabel. "At least Angel's there for back-up. But you can guess that I find this less than thrilling." She kicked the bed. "You'll be careful?"

"I'll do my thing, Angel will do his thing, which apparently involves a sword, we'll go for dinner, I'll annoy Logan and then I'll be home," she said with a smile. "I promise I'll be very, very careful."

"Okay. Do *not* forget the annoying Logan part. Because otherwise he'll feel neglected." Parker grinned. "How's everything else? Anything you need done this weekend while you're gone?"

"Actually would you mind plant sitting?" Isabel pointed towards the orchid Greg had given her. "Since I'm not sure exactly when I'll be back, can you take it with you and make sure it's stays damp?"

"No problem. I'll keep Esme away from it, and make sure it stays hydrated and happy," Parker said, picking up the pot. "It's beautiful. Where did you get it?"

Isabel smiled happily. "Greg. He brought it the day you helped me with the tattoos. I love it."

"He has great taste," Parker said, sniffing the flower. "Right. Tell Doof-boy to *call* once in a while, tell Logan I'm working on the thing-- he'll know what I mean-- and tell 'em both to call once in a while?"

"I will," Isabel nodded. "Trust me, I gave him a hard time about not calling this morning."

"Gooood." Parker grinned. "Have fun in L.A., then. I'll see you on Monday."

"Thanks! And Monday it is. Stop by, I'll share whatever I cooked in baking with you."
