Isabel's Room - 406, Hyperion Hotel, Wednesday morning

Despite being up late, Isabel was still up early. After getting dressed, she booted up her laptop and grumbled when there was only the faintest of WiFi signals available, apparently from the building next store. The signal did get stronger the closer she got to the window. Which explains why Isabel is currently perched on the window sill, looking up things to do in LA.

Just like in Fandom, the door to her room was open.

"He's going to have to. He never got to see me really dressed up," Isabel grumbled. "All that tulle on Homecoming weekend just doesn't count."

"Spring dance maybe?"

"That's what I'm thinking, and it will be nice to not spend the entire evening in the Snark Corner."

"If I can be made to dance, so can you," Angel said.

"Oh trust me, we've danced." If her smile was a little goofy? Well, they were good memories.

"What details? I was just thinking about the first time we danced. At the luau." Isabel stared, "Oh my god! I was not about to give you those details!"

"And I appreciate that," Angel assured her.

"And I appreciate you not asking," she laughed. "So how are you doing? I see that everyone is still alive."

"Okay," Angel said. "One of these years we'll aim higher than 'alive'."

"Why stress yourself," Isabel wondered. "Just go with alive, then you can be pleases and excited when you actually reach alive and well."

"Is it okay if I just go for 'well'?"

"In your case? Yes."

"Then I'm doing okay," Angel said. "Anyway, I should check on downstairs. Catch you later?"
