Room 406, Late afternoon/early evening

After her conversation with Cam and a stop in town, Isabel spent the rest of the day in the room with the door locked. She ran out during 5th and 6th period for Western Literature but came back as soon as it was over and got back to work.

By the time Cam is due to arrive, there was a small medium large basket sitting on her desk filled with brownies, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate covered pretzels, and chocolate covered apples.

Bouncing and kissy Cam was very cute so she laughed. "Good, I'm glad you liked it. I hope Vala will to."

"I'm sure she will," Cameron grinned. "According to Parker I can't go wrong with chocolate. So this? Very much kicks ass and I owe you big time."

"Parker is a very smart woman. You won't go wrong if you listen to her," Isabel grinned back. "And don't worry about it, it's really not that big a deal."

"It's a big deal when it might save my date from sucking," Cameron pointed out. "It's Vala's first Valentine so it should be special."

"It'll be great. A nice private movie. Chocolate. What more do you need?" She stopped and thought about it, "That's right, it is her first Valentine's isnt' it? I guess they don't have Hallmark to popularize it on another planet."

"No, I don't suppose so. There's a huge market out there waiting to be discovered," he grinned as he could imagine Vala trying to make that popular and get rich on. "Ugh, I need to go though. Or I'll be late for class."

"Go, don't be late. I need to start getting ready for the party myself. And if I don't see you tomorrow," she reached out and gave him a quick hug, "Happy Valentine's Day."

He's caught by surprise but wrapped an arm around her and hugged her back. "Happy Valentine. Try not go get eaten by homework, okay?" He chuckled.

Hugs? Were nice. She enjoyed it for a second or two and then pulled away, pointing towards the door. "Go! Don't be late!" she said with a smile.

"Yes, ma'am." Cameron saluted her, then picked up the basket and headed out of the door. "Thanks!" He said again over his shoulder.

Isabel smiled as she watched him close the door, glad she was able to help and in no way depressed because of what her mun knows.
