Room 406, after lunch

After enjoying way too much ice cream last night, and then stopping by to make sure the wee time agent and wizard were tucked in, Isabel returned to her room and actually had a relatively peaceful night's sleep. Up early, she stretched and went for an extended run about the island, enjoying the good weather.

After a shower and lunch, she called her mom to fill her in on the details of the weekend.

The door was open and there was a broom sitting on the extra bed.

"Thank you," he said and took some chocolate. "Jack told me he came here the other night and was cranky."

Isabel laughed. "Peter Petrelli has stayed himself as well. We were having dinner when Jack turned up shirtless, sugar-hyped and a tad on the possessive side. It was amusing as hell."

"A possessive little boy?" He laughed because he couldn't help it. "That's adorable."

"I believe the exact words were MY Izzy," she facepalmed. "Thank god Peter had a sense of humor about it."

"Aww, maybe I'll call you that from now on."

Isabel raised an eyebrow. "I'll keep the broom."

"It'd be worth it," he teased.

In an extremely mature response, Isabel stuck her tongue out at him.

"My Izzy," he said and sighed.

"No, no, not like that. If you're going to do it right, you have to do it like this." Isabel walked over and hugged him around the waist. "My Cedric!" she said fiercely. "Of course it would work better if I were about two feet shorter and there was actually someone here to glare at."

"Perhaps I could just pick you up and carry you throughout the dormitories, saying 'My Izzy!'"

Isabel stepped back and put her hands up. "Don't make me hurt you."

"You wouldn't hurt me," he said. "I'm adorable, after all."

"Damnit, you know me to well," she pouted.

"Indeed, I do." He smiled again. "My Izzy." And he added fluttering eyelashes.

Throwing back her hair, Isabel pressed her hands to her heart. "My Cedric," she answered breathlessly.

He dissolved into laughter at that. "Very dramatic."

Laughing herself, Isabel gave him a real hug. "I've watched way too many cheesy romance movies."

"You'll have to make me watch a few sometime," he said, returning her hug. "I should get going, try to find anyone else who took pictures of me. Make Jack work for his copies of mine. I mean, pouting and breakfast in bed and everything."

"We can do that," she smiled. "Any time you'd like. And if you do find other people with pictures? Tell them I want copies to!" Isabel got the broom and handed it over. "He'll work hard. Trust me."

"Thank you for looking out for me this weekend," he said, taking the broom.

"Any time," Isabel promised. "You'd do the same wouldn't you?"

"Most definitely," he said. "And I'd have taken a very large amount of pictures too."

"My mom would pay you for them," she laughed. "She thought you were very cute."
